Sourcing
Sourcing

Our journey begins in the fields. We carefully source cotton seeds only from trusted regions such as Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh—places known for producing high-quality, well-matured seeds. Every batch is selected after close evaluation of seed maturity, nutrient profile, and overall quality. This ensures that the feed we produce is naturally rich in protein, oil, and fiber, which are essential for cattle health and productivity.

1
Storing
Storing

Once the seeds arrive at our facility, they are stored under clean and hygienic conditions. Proper storage is critical to maintain their nutritional integrity before processing. We use ventilated godowns and controlled storage systems that safeguard the seeds against excess moisture, pests, and contamination. This step ensures the raw material remains fresh and safe, laying the foundation for superior cattle feed.

2
Sun-Drying
Sun Drying

The next stage involves natural sun drying of the cotton seeds. By reducing excess moisture through sunlight, we protect the seeds from fungal growth and spoilage. Sun drying is a traditional yet highly effective process that not only enhances the shelf life of the feed but also locks in the natural nutrients and oil content of the cotton seeds—making the final product healthier and more durable.

After drying, the seeds undergo a thorough cleaning process. Using modern seed-cleaning machinery, dust, husk, stones, and other impurities are removed. This step ensures only pure and high-quality seeds move forward to processing. Clean seeds guarantee consistency in quality and improve the nutritional balance of the cattle feed, making it safer and more effective for the end consumer—your cattle.

The cleaned seeds are then sent into mechanical expellers. Here, oil is extracted while preserving the nutritional value of the cotton seed cake. This method produces cotton seed cakes and powders rich in protein, fiber, and natural oils. Unlike chemical processing, the expeller method is natural, safe, and ensures that the feed retains all the vital nutrients required for cattle health, lactation, and growth.

5
Distribution
Distribution

Once processed, the feed is packed in jute bags and unlaminated PP bags. These packaging materials are carefully chosen because they allow proper aeration while preventing spoilage. Aerated packaging helps retain freshness and prevents the feed from heating or fermenting during transit. Our robust distribution network ensures timely delivery to wholesalers, retailers, and dairy farmers across regions, making our feed accessible and reliable.

Retail Sale

From distributors, our products reach agricultural outlets, local stores, and dairy supply shops. We provide cotton seed cake, maize powder, and cotton seed powder in multiple pack sizes—60kg, 50kg, 40kg, 30kg, and 15kg—so farmers can choose according to their herd size and needs. This flexibility ensures affordability and ease of use for both small-scale and large-scale dairy farmers.

7
end-consumer
End Consumer

The true consumers of our effort are the cattle themselves. Our cotton seed cakes and powders dissolve easily, provide balanced nutrition, and are rich in protein and oil content. They support smooth digestion, boost milk yield, maintain health during pregnancy, and give cattle the strength needed post-delivery. By consistently delivering safe and nutritious feed, we help farmers ensure healthier cattle, higher productivity, and long-term sustainability of their herds.
